Hello, I’m Dmitri.
I didn’t come to coaching right away. It started with a long-standing interest in philosophy — as a way of thinking about how to live. Since I was a teenager, I’ve been drawn to questions of meaning, freedom, and responsibility. Thinkers like Nietzsche, the Stoics, and Schopenhauer shaped how I understand life and make my choices in it.
Professionally, I spent many years in management. I led teams, navigated change, and supported my colleagues’ growth. Over time, I realized that what mattered most to me were the people—their development, doubts, blind spots, and motivations. Colleagues often told me I had a “coach-like” approach, but I didn’t know what that meant at first.
That changed when I became a coaching client myself. The experience shifted something fundamental. I saw how much of my life had been wasted by habit, fear, and self-imposed obligations, which brought only emptiness and tiredness. That insight led me to deeper personal work, new education, and eventually to starting my own coaching practice.
Now I work with people in transition—leaders, specialists stepping into new roles, entrepreneurs trying to realign with themselves. People who aren’t looking for quick fixes, but want to understand themselves better and make decisions from a place of clarity and responsibility.
I’m not a therapist. I don’t explore the past, and I don’t have answers about the future. What I offer is a space to look at what’s happening right now—conflict, uncertainty, loss of drive, lack of direction—and make room for something more meaningful to emerge. Sometimes one conversation is already enough to bring you back to yourself. Sometimes it takes months. Either way, I aim to work with care and integrity, at your own pace and depth.

Four months of this inspiring study flew by as one day, incredible classmates made it unforgettable and have shown great examples that everything is possible if you are honest with yourself, ready to change and dedicated to your goals.
Besides learning about the ICF approach to coaching and various creative methods, I have found answers to the most important professional questions - who am I and what is my personal coaching model?
I understood that I'm a teacher by my nature. My coaching style balances acceptance and support with a healthy dose of challenge. This helps my clients to see their blind spots and use natural strengths to overcome them. When coaching falls short of tools for doing a deeper exploration I rely on role-play to uncover hidden emotions and use them as a step forward.
